Amelia is studying pedagogy, and she comes EVERY WEEKDAY to teach our literacy students for free by reading to them and working with them. She said that SHE is grateful for the opportunity to practice what she is learning. For us, we are so thankful for her dedication and her donating her time and love with these students. She has a character that is inspiring.
Génesis is attending the University in Managua and is majoring in Business Administration. We checked her first semester grades and she's doing beautifully. Her economic needs (which we've been covering for this semester) are $90 a month: $60 for transportation and $30 for tuition. We double this amount to $180 because of the reality of the needs for supplies, registration fees, seminar charges, and books. We would be happy to divide this among multiple donors.
Wishing Genesis a happy 18th birthday and the gift of sponsorship for her educational needs would be one she would never forget!
Emmanuel is sponsored through Neighbors to Nicaragua for nutritional support. He requires a special formula each month which is very costly for his family. He's grown so much since our last visit with him!!
